Our mission is to provide high quality primary medical care to adult uninsured residents of Scotland County. Our vision is to help uninsured residents of Scotland County live healthier and more productive lives.

The Scotland Community Health Clinic (SCHC) was recognized with the Top Performer Award for patient outcomes in diabetes and hypertension among NCAFCC free clinics in 2015, 2016, and 2018.

Scotland Community Health Clinic offers the following services:
- Primary medical care
- Medication Assistance Program

To qualify for services, patients must be:
- Age 18-64
- Have no health insurance
- Low-income or no-income

To recieve health services, patients must complete an application, have a valid picture IP, proof of income, a list of current medications, and a denial of Medicaid.

Our hours are Monday to Thursday: 8AM to 5PM.
On Friday we are open 9AM to 12PM.
